Can I earn and redeem points on the same purchase?

Yes. For example: If you purchase an item worth $100 and redeem $20 in points, you will receive the remaining $80 in reward points.

Is there a limit on the number of points I can use on a purchase?

No. However, the minimum purchase amount is $200 before points can be used for deduction.

How many points can I earn from a purchase?

You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent.

Every 100 points = $1 to use towards your next purchase.

Points are valid for one year.

Can I lose my points?

Yes, you can lose points if you cancel or return a purchase, if your points expire, or if you abuse the Guyii Rewards system.

Where can I check my points balance?

Log into your account and go to the My Points tab where you will find your current points balance.

Can I transfer my Guyii Rewards points?

No. Sorry, you can't transfer them to another person or another Guyii account, but you can collect plenty of points of your own! Also, they can't be redeemed for cash or anything other than Guyii products.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points are valid for one (1) year from the date they were earned.
